Problems crop up. Often we would prefer that they did not but they do. Then again sometimes we find that what was a problem has been overcome and now, armed with the knowledge which we found to help us overcome the problem, we are stronger.

The IBCM Help Desk aims to do its best to help its members when they encounter a problem. As the saying goes ... a problem shared is a problem halved.

Typical problems encountered are disputes with customers, local authorities, regional or national government departments, suppliers who might unwittingly be using their power oppressively.
